Emucamp is 9 Years Old Today!

While the site is not as active as it was several years ago, and much like Retrogames is kept alive mostly by my newsposts, it's great to see any site hit such a great milestone. One more year, and it will hit an age that I'm sure most of us never would have thought that any emulation site would ever see - a decade. Congratulations Bock on creating a site that I still have fond memories of (even if I wasn't staff ;))

Here are the changes: * Fixed Netplay Connection issue. * Fixed Netplay Dialogs in Fullscreen mode. * Config of Player 1 (the Host) is now copied to other players in Netplay. * Re-added another deleted line, the sound effects in Ecco work again. * Fixed a Timing issue, Street Racer works again. * Fixed DMA issue with Powermonger. * Fixed SMS NMI issue. 	Apple II Soul Captor DISKS.XML Builder
	(posted by MetaFox - 13:34) - BlazeHedgehog has released a new utility for the Dreamcast Apple II emulator, Apple II Soul Captor. This utility, made with Multimedia Fusion, will create a disks.xml file for use with the emulator. The disks.xml is the list of disk images you have on a disc. This utility automates the process, rather than making you create a file by hand. Download it from here.

SNES Translation: Hiouden ~ Legend of the Scarlet King 1.00

(posted by MetaFox - 4:46) - Aeon Genesis has released a complete translation for the Super Famicom strategy game, Hiouden. Gideon Zhi also announced that he's working on translating the Super Famicom Strategy RPG, Cyber Knight 2, thanks to z80gaiden's compression utilities and the translation expertise of Deuce. The script should be completely translated by tonight, and Gideon Zhi hopes to have most of the assembly work done by the weekend so that the translation can be playtested.

	(posted by MetaFox - 17:22) - CD-i Emulator, a Phillips CD-i emulator that unlike the other available emulator plays more than one game, has recieved it's first public release. However, also unlike the other available CD-i emulator, this emulator is commercial. The free version is a time-limited demo, and it costs 25 Euro ($31US) to register.

Tickle "Rebound" edition 0.92

(posted by MetaFox - 23:47) - Tickle, the arcade emulator, and the discrete logic emulator (discrete logic games contain no CPU - Tickle is an emulator rather than a simulator, as it accurately reproduces each of the circuits of the original game) for Windows, has been updated. This emulator emulates several arcade games that are supported by MAME, as well as the discrete logic Pong clone, Rebound.
